The Central Finance Team sits at the forefront of these changes and plays a key role in enabling and leading many of them. It is responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, investor guidance, budgeting, and executive reporting for Microsoft's corporate financial performance. Within this broad charter, Core CFP and A manages the development of standard financial management reporting, business Intelligence (BI) strategy and deliver reporting, analysis and BI capabilities to WW Finance teams and internal stakeholders. We also define, manage and execute the financial planning and forecasting rhythms for the company. Work in this exciting and challenging environment managing key deliverables

Responsible for Black book and Finance note book process -drives quarterly submissions, managing communications, deadlines, quality checks and printing of the books. Deliver analytical and consolidated reports for forecast and budgeting; Support linkedin connection with updated ROB calendar and validation of forecast, budget and actual transmits. Coordinate and execute the communication activities of the planning and forecasting rhythm Manage security and structure of CFT's sharepoint, workspaces and file folders Support the release of planning and forecasting tools by participating in testing
2-5 years of related experience. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics or Math required. Strong proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel required. Attention to detail is a must have. Be an excellent team-player. Proven interpersonal, organizational, communication (written, spoken, presentation) and problem solving skills required. Excellent judgment, a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and complex projects well, and advanced customer service oriented skills required.
