The Consumer Talent Acquisition (CTA) team is seeking a Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer who would lead a BI and Data Analytics platform enabling hiring of exceptional talent meeting the Amazon bar. Our success depends on our ability to manage and analyze the data that that we generate as well as curating external data sources for identifying the right resources for Amazon! · BS/BA Computer Sciences, Math, Statistics or related field · 5+ years of professional experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst role · Proficient in SQL and Excel · Proficient with one or more BI tools including Tableau/ MicroStrategy/ Power BI etc. · MBA / Master’s / PhD degree in a relevant field · Understanding of Big Data technologies and solutions (EMR, Hive etc.) · Understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies · Experience working within a high-growth technology company · Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, and an ability
