· MS or PhD in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Applied Math or related field · 10+ years of software industry experience working in applied science or economics. · Experience owning the full product lifecycle from product definition and roadmap through delivery. · Demonstrated use of applied science to meet customer and business needs · Highly motivated self-starter with bias for innovative thinking · Excellent written and oral communication skills · Excellent business judgement · Experience with experimentation and causal inference · Experience with graph algorithms,
