We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. Economist to help us build the future of experimentation systems at Amazon. · PhD in Economics or related field · 10+ years of combined industry and academic experience in economics or applied science · Experience with causal inference and designing complex experiments · Highly motivated self-starter with bias for innovative thinking · Excellent written and oral communication skills · Experience with R, Python, Stata, or similar· Experience with graph algorithms, graph-neighborhood clustering, and graph-cluster randomized experiments · Strong empirically-focused research track record · Consulted with business to create insightful solutions
