The Role: Amazon AppStream 2.0 team is looking for a detail oriented and enthusiastic quality assurance engineer (QAE) to join us in providing the most smooth and robust streaming experience for AppStream 2.0 customers. You will be representing the customers, understanding how they use the product, defining test strategy and test plans and reviewing them with stakeholders, improving automation test coverage, reviewing and filling gaps in existing automation.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field · 3+ years in a test or development role as part of a product development organization which has delivered consumer oriented products. · A proven track record in Quality Assurance, including 1-2+ years of technical experience as an QAE/SDE/SDET. · Knowledge of the test strategies and methodologies · Experience in test planning, test design, test strategy, test automation and test execution. · Experience working with product owners defining, and refining user stories. · Experience making improvements to the development team’s testing
