The AppStream 2.0 team is looking for a skilled Customer Success Engineer to help our customers accelerate their adoption of application streaming on AWS. This is an excellent opportunity to help customers migrate their existing workloads and advise them on building resilient application streaming architectures. Your responsibilities will include: owning the technical engagement and ultimate success of specific customer implementations, defining implementation architectures, and troubleshooting customer challenges. Are you a Systems Administrator with a deep understanding of the Windows (Server 2012R2/2016, 7/10) and Linux operating systems, Active Directory, SCCM, and SCOM? Can you build automated solutions for deploying and managing large scale Windows environments? Are you passionate about solving customer challenges? Do you enjoy crafting creative solutions? * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or 5+ years relevant work experience. * 3+ years supporting Microsoft Active Directory in an Enterprise Environment * 3+ years of experience in the design and implementation of complex IT systems * Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7/10/Server 2012R2/Server 2016 * Excellent TCP/IP networking fundamentals and experience in troubleshooting network issues related to (but not exclusively): Active Directory, DNS, subnetting, routing * Ability to extend automation/system management tools and processes that reduce manual efforts and increase overall
