· Bachelor/Master’s degree in engineering, information technology, related technical field or the equivalent experience · 5+ years of experience in a similar role (engineering management, process engineering, product development, software development, process improvement) · Working knowledge of data and process modeling (i.e. wire framing, simulation, developing logic, scripting and etc.) · Effectively handle multiple cross-functional large scale projects at the same time · Track record of influencing and driving change in ambiguous environments · Ability to learn and adopt new technologies quickly
