We are looking for an exceptional, self-motivated person who wants to work on core product management problems and grow into an end-to-end product leader. Ask feature helps millions of customers shop every day. This Amazon.com feature enables shoppers to submit questions about an item to the community (other customers, Sellers, Brands etc.) , and aggregates the most helpful content into an FAQ about each item. As a Product Manager for the feature, you will focus on identifying unmet customer needs, and defining and building new features and programs to address them. Our team builds across all shopping categories and devices, and you will come with ideas and challenge our assumptions. You will drive product thinking from strategy to feature definition, UX design, implementation, and metrics-driven iteration. You will work with engineering and design teams to create and deliver the product roadmap, partner across Amazon to deliver results, and gain executive buy in and trust. To succeed,

A proven track record of shipping big new ideas, with demonstrated end-to-end ownership and results. · Minimum 7 years of industry experience as a product manager · Demonstrated ability to translate strategic differentiators into innovative and detailed product requirements. · Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and assertions of business value. · Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline -
