Key Responsibilities: As a group program manager on the Azure DevOps team you'll lead a ~10 person program management team that supports a 50 person engineering organization; all working together to ship weekly updates to Azure DevOps services. This is a key leadership role within the team that will need energy and passion. Your role will consist of: Helping set the strategic direction for our products and bringing that vision and energy into your team. Requirements: 10+ years of experience shipping software. Experience as a people manager. Experience as the leader responsible for identifying and delivering a product or broad area of a product. Great communication skills. A technical background. Our customers are development teams. Experience with UI design and building services at scale are strong pluses. A strong desire to make the lives of developers better. Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
