Build working relationships with customers, all members of the team, and external partners. Champion and maintain the project's vision, scope, backlog, budget, and resource plan. Communicate risks and opportunities to management on a regular basis. Deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment. Demonstrate clear judgement and an independent voice. Develop and track accurate production schedules to deliver on quality and on schedule. Lead a team of program managers and maintain high predictability, product quality and production velocity across the discipline. Work with commercial customers
7 years of program or SDE management experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS A history of shipping world-class products and experiences. Confident storyteller with the ability to craft compelling narratives across mediums. Demonstrated experience leading and experienced program managers. Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive and collaborative attitude. Excellent interpersonal, time-management and organizational skills. Passionate about customer validation and customer led design. Strong desire to work with creative and engineering teams to solve problems in new ways. #MRW
