Modern Enterprise Services for Hosting (MESH) team focuses on building scalable, enterprise services to transform the hosting and infrastructure services experience. We service product engineering labs and sales and services communities

Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate across MESH and partner teams to understand impediments and remove roadblocks. Manage a complex set of dependencies. Ensure requirements are met and corrective action is taken where necessary to ensure the successful delivery of services. Manage a DevOps model in partnership with our SE and SWE teams in an agile environment. Drive overall agile mindset and culture throughout the MESH organization and alignment with CSEO standards and best practices. Manage, mentor and coach a diverse PM team. Build and manage ongoing relationships with customers and partners
Qualifications 10+ years of Program Management experience. 5+ years of experience in a People Manager role with a track record of building high functioning teams, including recruiting and retaining diverse talent. Preferred Qualifications: Understanding and first hand knowledge of Infrastructure/cloud/hosting services. Proven competency in strategic leadership, organizational agility, cross-team collaboration, drive for results, and written and verbal communications.
