In this position, you'll need to love customer interaction, as customer focus is the lens through which product choices and business planning are accomplished. Basic Qualifications: Proven engineering experience, including development and/or product management with 5+ years experience building and shipping cloud-based production software or services 5+ years experience managing customer and partner engagement around the world, and a willingness to think and work end-to-end Preferred Qualifications: The ideal candidate is a combination of engineer, architect, program manager, and business leader with experience: Building developer tools, runtime systems, conversational and social software tools, and demonstrated ability to deliver. Managing customer and
