This role focuses on the analysis and evaluation of Alexa's effectiveness, particularly with regard to speech recognition and natural language understanding. You will become an expert in dialog evaluation processes, work closely with a team of skilled analysts, and be a key member in developing new conventions for relevant workflows. In addition, the you will be asked to handle unique data analysis requests for product managers, executives, and other stakeholders across the full spectrum of customer use cases.
