Our growth requires leaders who operate both strategically and tactically: think big to drive new opportunities, work back from the customer, dive deep in data to uncover customer insights, break down and solve complex problems and drive flawless execution. The Kindle Engagement Leader will own and drive customer engagement on E-readers to deliver device usage and monetization. You will be the owner for the E-reader engagement function and work with a WW cross-functional team including product development, Sales and Marketing, Kindle content, finance, analytics and merchandising to develop and execute a multi-year plan to grow E-reader engagement. In this role you will have an opportunity to work on a global scale through a broad array of challenges - launch new device features to improve reading experience, define customer communication strategy to drive

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering or related field · Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in an internet-based company across functions such as Strategy, Sales and Marketing, Engagement and Finance/ Economics in developing strategies and execution plans to achieve business goals · Experience in analyzing customer data, testing engagement approaches, and developing marketing strategy · Experience with writing documents that summarize analyses and insights, and presenting these to leadership · Master's degree in Business, Marketing or Economics · Experience in handling
