· Bachelor's degree in Information Science / Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience (4+ years) · 2 additional years of experience in a related field. · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Customer service experience / strong customer focus · Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills and experience · Self-starter who is excited about learning new technologies on a daily basis · Experience using basic networking tools (such as: traceroute, iperf, dig, cURL, etc) · Experience building full application stacks from the OS up
