The Case Coordinator is highly skilled in conducting telephonic outreach and answering questions, can articulate themselves in written outreach, and is able to respond to changing circumstances and needs. The Case Coordinator will represent the company professionally and positively, always exercising utmost discretion, diplomacy and tact in customer interactions. · High School Diploma or GED · 1+ years as a Coordinator in a sensitive/regulated area such as Human Resources, Medical Office Management, or Law · 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) · 1+ year of experience using collaborative document management solutions such as WordDocs, Google Drive, Quip· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role · Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role · 3+ years as a Coordinator in a sensitive/regulated area such as Human Resources, Medical Office Management, or
