Amazon is looking for an experienced Sr. Front End Software Engineer to join an exciting new project team working to build a completely new best in class consumer product. This includes brainstorming and design, implementation, making appropriate trade-offs when unexpected issues arise, overseeing security, operational excellence and overall stability of such systems. You will dive deep to not only understand the products and technologies end-to-end, but also use this understanding to guide future efforts and improvements. You will actively participate in planning future work
· 2+ years experience building complex web applications · 2+ years as a Senior Engineer leading teams · 2+ yrs UX, design pattern, and problem solving skills · 2+ yrs of modern web development frameworks like React and Vue JS. · Previous experience with Core Competency in object-oriented programming · Demonstrated testing experience including UI automation in a large, complex web application. · Previous coding and problem solving skills in at least one modern programming language · BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role ·
