While efficiently executing on a robust M and A pipeline, the team constantly looks for innovative ideas from acquisitions to deploy at scale and realize efficiencies within Microsoft support. This Lead role is a unique opportunity to shape the direction of support and services for Mergers and Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Strategic Partnerships – one of CSS' most important functions. For all newly acquired companies, you will lead, develop, and execute customer support integrations

The CSS VI team focuses on five key areas of work to plan and transform newly acquired companies into successful operating models: Execute on deal pipeline (Acquisitions, Divestitures and Strategic Partnerships) Work with engineering leadership teams and the Microsoft Venture integration team to identify relevant customer support and services considerations. Develop detailed plans and execute in a timely fashion while maintaining high CPE. Complete end-to-end transition of support for acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships. Key activities include: management of key deal deliverables,
Required Qualifications Bachelors/master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or MBA degree. 8-10+ years of experience building teams and developing a programmatic approach to challenges across a variety of functions and driving process discipline. Experience migrating technical customer support in mergers and acquisitions. Additional Qualifications Excellent Program Management, communication, and presentation experience. Experience working with engineering, sales and marketing, and product management teams, building consensus and influencing changes. Experience leading systems integration
