Amazon product quality team is looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer to build efficient, flexible, and scalable data, reporting and analytics solutions that help us solve our most challenging problems. In this role, you will also work closely with scientists and economists to build analytics pipelines, platforms and solutions that solve important business problems. You will also have ownership of the end-to-end development of solutions to complex questions and you’ll play an integral role in strategic decision-making.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. · 3+ Years experience with SQL, data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing (Redshift, EMR, Spark). · Experience in at least one modern programming language (Python, R, STATA, Ruby, Scala, Java, etc.)· Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. · Knowledge and direct experience using business intelligence reporting tools. (OBIEE, Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, MicroStrategy, SSAS Cubes, etc.). · Excellent oral and written communication
