Understand and formulate how Microsoft is evolving the Digital Customer Support (DCS) experience Provide guidance on cross-technology challenges and solution design Maintain an awareness of industry developments and evaluates new technologies to accelerate the CSS digital transformation Develop and own the DCS technical strategy Lead innovation and ideation programs for CSS, like Hackathons and patent harvesting.
10+ years of digital product management and/or software development experience BS/MS in applicable degree or equivalent work experience required Experience developing or creating a Technical Strategy. Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning Demonstrated history of engineering and product expertise with a proven ability to influence and inspire technical peers Familiarity with experimentation and measurement Passion for exploration within a fast-paced and dynamic environment; comfort wearing many hats, learning quickly, and leading change in an independent, self-directed manner
