As a Technical Sales Advisor in our MS Store support team you will lead the engagement from MS Store Support between part of our network of 100 physical stores in North America, Canada and Australia and the MS Store Organization. MS Store Support is part of the Global Microsoft Customer Service and Support organization who work to empower our Consumer customers around the world to realize their potential and do more. Working with our outsourced Call Center and the physical Stores management, your role will be to ensure a great customer experience delivered. This is a dynamic position. Each day is different you will never get bored. You will be working across various different teams and with different roles right up to a senior level. You get a chance to use your networking skills to build great relationships across different teams

The Technical Sales Advisor will manage a close relationship with about 40 of our physical stores. In that you will work closely with program/process owners, stakeholders, and business partners to identify business changes and manage and execute those changes as part of a broader team. Manage programs and projects involving multiple parties/organizations with conflicting agendas and business priorities. Lead cross-organization project teams towards targeted and scheduled outcomes. Engage with program/process owners, stakeholders and business partners as necessary to communicate project objectives,
2 + years of International Sales and/or Marketing or program experience required or working in a Retail environment Experienced working with outsourced customer service partners preferred Candidates must have strong customer service skills, logical problem-solving skills, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Ability to manage multiple correspondences/tasks/activities effectively Ability to make good decisions confidently and sometimes quickly while representing Microsoft, empowered to take own initiative within the overall direction Passionate about
