Job Description AWS is deeply committed to leading the web services marketplace, and one of the key measures of success is to support the vibrant community of developers who consume our products and services. To enable this, the AWS Global Learning and Knowledge team plays a vital role in creating content for our AWS Support team and our customers

· A minimum of 3 years of developmental and copy editing experience with highly technical developer or systems administration documentation or training curriculum · Advanced grammar and rewriting skills · Degree in English, Technical Communication, or a related field · Experience as a technical writer as well as a technical editor · Experience in editing multi-media, web-based learning content · Experience coaching writers to improve content deliverables · Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and setting their schedules and priorities · Experience using Content Management Systems
