To succeed in this role, you should have industry awareness of the SAP product portfolio, strong cross-group collaboration and a passion for customers first. You should also have a strong track record of delivery, preferably in a services or cloud environment, even better if you understand the cloud infrastructure designs and requirements. Clear prior engagement with partners and SIs is critical. You should be a strategic thinker, nimble and open to learning, and always growing key business initiatives. 5-7 years of technical program management or product management experience shipping products/services • Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to lead and motivate • Strong technical background and solid foundation in software engineering principles and architecture design • Prior design and use of data-driven efforts and business analytics • SAP Product knowledge – particularly with HANA • Strong collaboration skills and willingness to achieve shared outcomes • Excellent written and verbal communication • BA/BS or MS degree in computer science, engineering or related disciplines
