We are seeking a Sales Systems and Data Program/Project Manager who will report to the Market to Sell (MTS) Business Capability leader within the WWCS Sales Strategy, Operations and Enablement organization. The SSD Program/Project Manager will help establish a MTS systems architecture and corresponding standards for Worldwide Commercial Sales (WWCS) that promotes simplicity while offering world-class capabilities that scale with business growth. · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience · 4+ years of relevant work experience in Program or project management, process improvement and/or operations in a sales or marketing environment · 2+ years’ experience utilizing data and analytics to formulate sound program objectives, managing projects, solving business problems, and driving business process improvements · Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles and develop processes at scale · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Highly organized, strong multi-tasking
