As a foundational pillar of the company, the Business Applications Group (BAG) is building the next generation of business applications and platforms that will help businesses large and small succeed in achieving their digital transformation agenda. The products we are responsible for include Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Microsoft Flow), and other SaaS applications and workloads. The Customer and Partner Success team in Microsoft Business Applications Group is looking for a dynamic program manager to drive planning, execution, and readiness activities for our product releases across the entire portfolio of products. We have been making key improvements to modernize and optimize how we deliver product updates to customers. You will join the team driving this transformation and own the next set of refinements. Lead a key initiative – analyze data to identify top areas of investment, get buy in from senior leadership, drive planning and execution across multiple teams. Drive planning and execution for the various aspects of a product update release – roadmap, release notes, previews, and product updates. Drive release readiness for sales and support teams, partners, and customers – slide decks, videos, webinars, presentations at events, etc. Strong cross group collaboration skills are a must as this position requires partnership and engagement across business units at all levels within Microsoft. Required : 5+ years of program management experience in a technology environment. Preferred : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent industry experience. Master's degree in Business or MBA is highly preferred. Release management experience for SaaS products A track record of successfully driving mission critical projects with cross-company, and/or cross-industry stakeholders.
