Lead a key initiative – analyze data to identify top areas of investment, get buy in from senior leadership, drive planning and execution across multiple teams. Drive planning and execution for the various aspects of a product update release – roadmap, release notes, previews, and product updates. Drive release readiness for sales and support teams, partners, and customers – slide decks, videos, webinars, presentations at events, etc. Strong cross group collaboration skills are a must as this position requires partnership and engagement across business units at all levels within Microsoft. Required : 5+ years of program management experience in a technology environment. Preferred : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent industry experience. Master's degree in Business or MBA is highly preferred. Release management experience for SaaS products A track record of successfully driving mission critical projects with cross-company, and/or cross-industry stakeholders.
