RESPONSIBILITIES Be a key partner to our Devices and Cloud business, understand their requirements and deliver and beat their expectations Identify opportunities to drive business impact and reduce cost, lead times and cycle times, drive quality and making our operations efficient Driving innovations in Supply Chain by bridging connections across siloed systems by improving our product design and planning accuracy with data from manufacturing, sourcing, customer care and actual product sales Driving automation and reducing manual touches Anticipate, identify, assess, track and mitigate project
Bachelor's Degree Experience as a program manager (not project management), product manager Strong leadership skills to influence the agenda among partners and engineering counterparts Ability to work with global teams and influence across matrixed organizations Flexible communication skills that can provide clarity to audiences that include customers, peers and executive leadership Demonstrated commitment to results and impact Experience with a metrics-driven mindset, ability to experiment, learn and improve Preferred, not required: Experience in Supply Chain is highly desired #SCE #CSEO
