Partner with Product Group and FTA internal team to drive expansion of FastTrack services across multiple solutions and customer segments Develop and execute experiments focused on improving and optimizing all aspects of the FastTrack engagement motions Work closely with FT engineers and customers in addressing customer solution needs and driving success with their Azure deployments. Analyze, develop and communicate key recommendations to drive improvements in FTA engagements Utilize standard project management methodologies in driving highly effective, predictable, and repeatable processes You
3+ years of direct customer facing experience, conversant with senior IT professionals, backed by a strong understanding of their solution needs 2+ years delivering large projects/programs in a technology environment Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, build and deliver customer business results through an engineering or professional services team. Technical proficiency in one or more cloud technologies - MS Azure preferred. Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
