We're looking for an exceptional SDM to lead a key part of Video Personalization - Customer Re-engagement. As the leader of this area, you will play a key role in defining the product roadmap, hire and develop a diverse and growing team, and build and evolve systems that help customers discover highly relevant content based on what they've recently watched. You'll own the Watch Next carousel (the single feature that drives an overwhelming supermajority of Video streams) and the Watchlist (which millions of customers use to keep track of content
- Masters or Bachelors in Computer Science or a related field. - 5+ years of software engineering experience - 3+ years of experience leading software teams - Demonstrated ability to invent and deliver a long-term product roadmap - Experience with or interest in EMR, Spark and Machine Learning
