As a Software Development Manager on the Mobile Shopping team, you’ll have huge impact on how customers, even friends and family, interact with Amazon. We are looking for a seasoned Manager of Software Development to the lead who will own the Android developer platform on the Amazon mobile shopping app. All features on the mobile app use this platform for feature development and you will have the opportunity to impact and shape how these team build world leading customer experiences
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. · Great written and oral communication skills. · 10+ years professional experience in building successful production software systems. · Experience in Dev Ops, Software Pipelines, CI, automation, quality and testing. · Strong Computer Science fundamentals in OOD, algorithm design, data structures, problem solving, and complexity analysis. · Most of all: enthusiasm, creativity, and inventiveness!
