Serverless applications are one of the fastest growing areas in AWS, and we are looking for an engineering leader to lead a broad charter responsible for the AWS Serverless Application Repository; bringing teams, organizations and professional disciplines (security, engineering, ops, analytics, etc) together to collaborate and accelerate time-to-market by re-using autonomous and specialized apps that don’t share any code or implementation with each other but can easily be assembled to solve new customer needs. Over the past decade, application development has rapidly changed from utilizing physical servers in data centers to leveraging cloud APIs to manage large fleets of hosts.
