The Percolate team owns Amazon’s content optimization platform. We build the systems and algorithms for tailoring the experience of every customer on Amazon’s most prominent pages, billions of times a day. We are uniquely positioned in the company to have large direct impact, driving billions of dollars of new revenue per year. We are looking for SDM for Percolate Analytics. · Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Math, Statistics or related field · 5+ years of experience in software development, business intelligence, big data analytics and/or statistical methods · 5+ years of experience leading 5+ people analytical teams · Strong CS fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures and algorithms · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with ability to explain complex technical concepts and analysis implications clearly across different audiences and varying levels of the organization · Demonstrated
