- Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science or related field - 10+ years of relevant engineering experience - 5+ years people management experience - Advanced competency in object-oriented design, data structures, and complexity analysis - 5+ years experience in managing large scale software development teams following Agile development processes - You solve problems with deep hands-on technical expertise - You have excellent verbal and written communication skills - You lead with a combination of business sensibilities and technical vision - You can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
