We have dev crews in sites throughout the US and across the world. We are looking for a leader reporting to the G eneral Manager of CSE to lead an industry- focused engineering team . You will be leading a team of talented developers and architects, guiding their efforts across a named list of accounts. You will manage the line-of-business relationships with Fortune 500 customers, partners, as well as senior Microsoft executives . We provide non-billable software development experts to transform industries by engaging on their most important business challenges.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Creating the strategy for engaging the top Travel and Transportation companies, Global Solution Integrators and Top Independent Software Companies Engaging with customer, partner and Microsoft leaders to execute the defined strategy Managing a team of architects and developers to build transformational software solutions Report out team success with reports that are shared with Microsoft's CEO Manage global team across multiple time zones
Ideal Candidate will have many of : 5+ years of experience as a manager of development teams Experience in consultative development engagements Recent software development and/or architecture experience Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Proven, outstanding communication Ability to prioritize work and complete projects on time, demonstrate drive and initiative CSEREQ CSEFY-FY19
