We are a part of Digital, Apps, Games and Services (DAGS) group that designs experiences and build front end user interfaces for devices such as Fire TV, Fire Tablet and Appstore experience on 3P devices. Within DAGS we are DeX (Developer Experience) group focusing on building tools and services that let our developer customer create digital content for our various ecosystems, offered via. our web portal developer.amazon.com. We work closely with product and business leaders in maintaining and shaping future course for the web portal. We are looking for a Sr. UX Designer who is passionate about UX design, understanding user behavior, and solving customer problems and has disruptive ideas for how to conceive and deliver innovative online experiences for our developer customers. As a user experience designer, you will be responsible for driving design deliverables such as user interface designs, interaction models, and prototypes for new and innovative experiences. You will have a comprehensive
· 2+ years of experience as a Lead/Senior creative contributor · 5+ years of experience as a user experience designer, web designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role · A online portfolio of work demonstrating experience creating user-centered design solutions (flows, prototypes, wireframes) and visual designs (mockups and style guides) · Demonstrated experience designing 2+ large projects from concept through delivery · Experience with a variety of design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator · Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction
