The Digital Apps, Games and Services team is looking for an experienced Visual UX designer for our developer marketing and communications team. The Visual UX designer will create best-in-class experiences that drive demand, interest, and adoption of our products and services among mobile app and game developers. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong passion for building top-notch experiences based on a well-rounded set of design skills that range from wire frames to full fidelity design comps. We are looking for a candidate that brings enthusiasm for this mission, passion for the audience and creativity to challenge our way of thinking. The ideal candidate is an experienced visual storyteller and tastemaker, well versed in the delicate nuances that result in delightful User Experience. · 3+ years of experience leading design projects from concept to delivery to customers · An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating user-centered mobile design solutions · Experience with rapid, iterative design and development processes · Experience planning, executing and reporting on usability testing of your design solutions · Knowledge of creative tools used by designers and when to use them appropriately · Experience presenting to senior management· Skilled in visual, user-centric, and web-based design with expertise in user-centric design process and execution
