We are looking for an innovative, self-motivated Senior User Experience Designer to help us drive new design initiatives and champion a variety of user experience improvements for Amazon's Transportation and Recipient Experience team. You will work collaboratively with researchers, design technologists, product managers, developers, content strategists, users, executives, and other designers--leading design throughout the planning and development lifecycle for a multitude of interfaces. You will be responsible for designing the information architecture, usability, interaction flows, and for the creation of high fidelity mockups of new and existing mobile and web application experiences. · · 5+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role · 5+ years of experience leading work as a senior creative contributor · Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or 5 years equivalent professional experience · A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating user-centered design solutions · Experience designing for the web and mobile device experiences · Experience in design thinking methodologies, from research, design, to building tangible outcomes · Proficiency with a variety of design
