Amazon is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to join our R and D tax team based in Seattle, WA USA. We are looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, who will roll up their sleeves to deliver accurate results on multiple projects with competing deadlines. Primary duties include: · Assisting with managing, coordinating and reviewing R and D tax credit calculations, documentation, tax forms, and reporting obligations; · Providing R and D credit support for M and A transactions; · Developing, implementing and documenting R and D credit processes and improvements; · Provide assistance for US and international tax controversy related to R and D credits.
· 4+ years of tax experience. · Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.This position requires extensive interaction with the company’s business units, so any candidate should be able to work well with cross functional teams.
