Amazon is seeking a Senior Manager based at its Seattle headquarters to join and lead its State Income Tax Planning team. The Tax Department is a fast-paced, team-focused, dynamic environment where attention to detail and strong communication and analytical skills are essential. This position is responsible for overseeing Amazon’s State Income Tax Planning function and advises various stakeholders within the company on the state income tax implications of both internal and external developments. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in State Income Tax planning and be expected to serve as a trusted resource to both the compliance team and the audit team. As a result, effective communication and coordination skills are a must.
