The Hardlines Customer Experience (HCX) team augments Amazon's Automotive, Sports, Outdoors, and Home Improvement businesses. We are a federation of start-ups that build new programs and customer experiences to reach customers in new and compelling ways. HCX is looking for a Sr. QA Engineer to drive the quality bar across our teams and raise standards for how we deliver world-class experiences to our customers. We are a smart and data driven group working with new technologies including latest UX frameworks, Amazon Web Services and mobile shopping experience. • 5-7 years of experience in software and testing in Java, C++ or C# • Experience with Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis • Experience building and designing test cases including knowledge of test methodologies for mobile and desktop • Experience with testing methodologies (Unit, Scrum) • Experience designing QA matrices and contributing to automation design and strategic direction across teams · BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience · Experience implementing in a Linux environment. · Track record of building and delivering complex
