· Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical discipline · 3+ years of experience as a software developer building and maintaining backend systems and services · Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis · Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, C#, C++, C , or Ruby/Python/Perl · Strong object-oriented design skills with understanding of common design paradigms · Good coding skills (Java preferably on a UNIX or Linux platform) · Good communication skills in explaining
