Amazon Day is a new delivery program for Prime customers that enables them to select a single day of the week, add orders to their "Amazon Day" throughout the week, and then have their packages delivered together when their weekly Amazon Day arrives. Using Amazon Day gives Prime customers the convenience of getting their orders delivered on the day of their choice, and in fewer boxes! Fewer boxes, and fewer deliveries, makes Amazon Day a more sustainable delivery option for customers who use it multiple times throughout the week. Of course, Prime customers always have the option to choose faster delivery options to get one-day or same-day delivery. The Amazon Day team is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive growth in the program by defining and delivering new program benefits that will increase customer adoption and engagement, or fundamentally change and extend how the program works. This role will proactively define and own the roadmap and execution plan for key
· MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent experience · Strong customer experience judgment, and a track record of delivering valuable customer-facing features · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sophisticated projects and competing priorities simultaneously · Proven track record of delivering results in large, cross-functional initiatives · Superior analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success · Proven ability to
