Amazon Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) provides fulfillment and delivery operation support to Prime Now, Pantry, Amazon Fresh, Whole Foods, Treasure Truck, and Amazon Restaurants. We're seeking a Technical Program Manager to be a part of Fresh, Prime Now, and Treasure Truck Supply Chain team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in groundbreaking initiatives using advanced technology to solve difficult and interesting problems. Amazon obsesses over customers by offering a white glove service where we deliver TVs and other large items like furniture to customers’ homes. Not only do we deliver large parcels, we unpack, assemble, install and sometimes even do tests, hauling away old items as needed. We are looking for motivated Sr. Product Manager- Tech to drive Technical projects for developing some of the game changing Products with Global customer impact. · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering and/or 2 years of Amazon experience · 6+ years of prior experience in Product management in a software development environment · Prior experience in a service-oriented architecture, product development), building processes, project management and release models · Prior experience managing multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and execution · Prior experience of analytical tools (SQL, R, Shiny, Tableau etc.) · Prior experience writing narratives, press release, PRFAQ, Product requirement and other strategic documents· Master's degree
