The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Infrastructure Supply Chain and Procurement team is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain delivery of capacity to AWS Data Centers. Our AWS Infrastructure Supply Chain and Procurement team is looking for a results-oriented leader to manage and lead a team responsible for creating innovative supply and operational models to support new and growing AWS services. These services have dependencies that do not conform well to existing infrastructure and require a “think big” leader to develop scalable mechanisms to enable growth. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS · Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Engineering, or a related field · 15+ years professional experience in supply chain operations · 5+ years building and leading successful operations teams PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS · MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Management, or Technology preferred · Ability to work with teams at all levels of the organization · Experience in technology supply chain (semiconductors, silicon and storage devices) · Outstanding oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
