The AWS Perimeter Protection team builds service that protect AWS infrastructure, Amazon.com, and some of the world’s largest applications against the availability impact of Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks. We are looking for exceptional Systems Engineers to be a part of a world class team that owns highly distributed critical systems at scale. Ideal candidates: · Have strong Linux and Networking skills. The ideal candidate will have deep experience working with Linux, preferably in a large scale, distributed environment. You understand networking technology and how servers and networks inter-relate. You regularly take part in deep-dive troubleshooting and conduct technical postmortem discussions to identify the root cause of complex issues. · Love to code.
