JD or equivalent from an ABA accredited law school, excellent academic credentials, and an active license to practice law; 4+ years of legal experience, preferably in the technology industry, including solid expertise in privacy and intellectual property; Outstanding analytical skills; Bias for action, with the ability to think strategically and find creative solutions to legal issues, willingness to embrace smart risks in complex and ambiguous situations; Process oriented with strong communication skills and ability to build trusted advisor relationships with engineering and business clients;
