Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Drive key initiatives, including proactively identifying and solving roadblocks, engaging stakeholders in cross-group forums , content creation, storytelling and presentation Define and own the end-to-end datacenter capacity management strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for the assigned Datacenter portfolio in an evolving business, technical and operational environment. Identify and analyze risks to the capacity plan and recommend mitigation strategies. Collaborate across a diverse set of stakeholders to deliver the assigned Datacenter portfolio
Education and Experience Requirements: 3 to 6 years Capacity Planning and Supply planning experience (i.e., supply-demand balancing, constrained supply planning). BS degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or other related quantitative disciplines Preferred: Strong aptitude for analytic thinking and solution development. Strong problem solving and negotiation skills. Experience in Sales and Operations Planning and processes preferred Familiarity with forecasting and statistical concepts. Proven capabilities to drive positive business results through cross-group collaboration and partnerships
