Amazon One Medical's Talent Management team is a dedicated, standalone function that directly supports One Medical Professional Corporation — separate from Amazon's centralized Talent Management Center of Excellence. We are seeking a Sr. Talent Management Specialist to help build high-impact programs that improve the employee and manager experience across One Medical's unique clinical and non-clinical workforce. This is a rare opportunity to shape talent strategy for a healthcare organization operating within Amazon's ecosystem.

Unlike centralized corporate talent functions, our team is embedded within One Medical and operates at the intersection of healthcare and technology — requiring us to design talent solutions tailored to the distinct needs of a professional medical corporation. You'll have the autonomy to pioneer new approaches that adapt best practices from both healthcare and tech industries.

We own high-impact initiatives end-to-end — including talent management, leadership development, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and career progression. Our programs are purpose-built for One Medical Professional Corporation's diverse workforce — including healthcare providers, clinical operations, and central teams — and we actively collaborate with Amazon's Talent Management COE to adopt and adapt enterprise tools and frameworks in ways that serve our unique population.

The successful candidate will be a creative problem-solver who can balance data-driven insights with innovative thinking. You'll need to think beyond traditional HR solutions to design talent programs that work seamlessly across both clinical and non-clinical environments—requiring fresh approaches to leadership development, career pathing, and performance management in a healthcare setting. Incumbent must be data-driven and analytically minded. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting talent data to provide actionable insights to evaluate our processes and drive strategic talent program decisions across the organization. In this role, you will own inputs for business reviews (MBRs/QBRs), lead talent deep-dives across the organization, and partner closely with Business Leadership, HR Business Partners, and Compensation to ensure talent strategies are aligned, competitive, and tailored to the needs of each population. This role offers a significant opportunity to influence organizational processes and priorities.
