Top candidates are motivated self-managers who can lead large-scale projects end-to-end, extract strategic business insights from large data sets, and have deep familiarity with the startup ecosystem. They will have the ability to thrive on figuring out what to do and making it happen, often in complex and ambiguous environments where strong bias for action is required. A keen sense of ownership, drive, and analytical rigor is a must, as are sharp written and verbal communication skills that can concisely articulate persuasive data-driven decisions.
