Description
Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCCF) enables third-party merchants to use Amazon's fulfillment and delivery network to ship orders placed through their own sales channels. With the business growing, MCCF's revenue represents a significant and rapidly scaling topline that requires dedicated finance ownership. We are looking for a Finance Manager to own MCCF revenue forecasting, planning, and analysis end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of MCCF Finance, WW Operations Finance, and the Amazon Supply Chain Services (ASCS) portfolio, and owns MCCF's revenue story across all planning cycles. The ideal candidate is a strong financial modeler with deep understanding of RevPU (Revenue Per Unit) economics, rate card mechanics, and topline growth drivers. They are comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, building analytical frameworks from scratch, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders including WW Ops Finance, ASCS, and Product teams. This role reports into MCCF Finance and will be a key voice in VP-level planning reviews.Key job responsibilities
- Serve as the key finance partner for revenue, leading end-to-end forecasting, planning, and variance analysis across a large and growing volume of worldwide orders.
- Own the annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasting processes for revenue, including long-range planning and quarterly guidance updates.
- Influence business decisions through data-driven variance analysis and clear communication of revenue drivers, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
- Drive month-end close deliverables for revenue, including flash reporting and business reviews, translating variances into clear narratives with actionable next steps.
- Build and maintain the revenue-per-unit dashboard, partnering with the analytics team to resolve data discrepancies and improve consistency.
- Lead profitability analysis with the finance team, and dive into how shipping speed, package size, and order mix affect revenue.
- Design and help stand up a new revenue management mechanism — contribute financial data and analytical frameworks to its creation.
- Perform periodic revenue audits on top customers to validate revenue is flowing and recording correctly.
- Partner with the Fulfillment by Amazon revenue team on knowledge-sharing and best practices.
- Thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
