Description
The WW Speed Customer Experience organization is looking for a passionate and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE) to help our Quality Engineering organization set a high bar on manual and automation testing to ensure customers across the world can have a world-class customer experiences across the retail shopping journeyYou will join a highly technical and entrepreneurial culture defining and building the next generation of software solution and launch them in every Amazon store worldwide.
Key job responsibilities
Be responsible for manual and automated testing of features across various platforms including web and mobile.
Own the planning, development and execution of test plans and test cases.
Review user interfaces for conformity and functionality.
Help develop, improve, and employ testing strategies and techniques.
Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution.
Interpret and report testing results, and be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development process.
Work with Software Development Engineers (SDE) to understand the overall technical architecture and how each feature is implemented.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience- Experience in automation testing
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects
Extended Qualifications
- Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium- Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
